Refund policy

At Combsilk, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our professional hair tools. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist with a structured and transparent return process.

Return Window You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original premium packaging with all protective seals intact.

Exclusions Due to the personal nature of our products and hygiene standards:

• Items showing signs of hair residue, skin cells, or styling product buildup will not be accepted.

• Customized orders (laser-engraved logos or names) are final sale and non-refundable.

Refund Process Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
